Tippett Studio enriched the topsy-turvy world of Lemony Snicket with dazzling effects and environments, bringing all the charm of the beloved tales to Netflix’s upcoming “A Series of Unfortunate Events”, starring Neil Patrick Harris and Malina Weissman, narrated by Patrick Warburton.

Under the direction of Matt Jacobs and Eric Leven, the Tippett Studio team put the pedal to the metal to produce 180 shots in 7 weeks, focusing on a handful of moody environments and comedic performances of iron-toothed CG toddler Sunny Baudelaire.

“A Series of Unfortunate Events” was rendered in part using Clarisse, enabling a richness and depth that fully immerses Netflix viewers in the stylized, storybook look of Lemony Snicket.
